Bohaus Art has a penchant for the clever and the absurd, and this work by a little-known Dutch artist doesn't disappoint. The picture depicts a outsized bright red humanoid figure dominating an otherwise conventional and undifferentiated beach landscape. Depending on one's perspective, this is either a cheeky satire of the impressionist seaside genre, or else a sensual celebration of curves and colour - or both.
